On November 25, 2016, the ship collided with Main Street Bridge (Jacksonville Florida).

The accident resulted in the closing down of the bridge to traffic. It occurred after the boat attempted to moor on South Bank but instead drifted and struck the bridge,

The boat remained stuck up under the bridge for nearly 3 hours. Using tugboat assistance, it was eventually pulled free. No hull damages or injuries were reported.

Note: Actually, this type of marine accident is called “allision” (striking a fixed object) as opposed to “collision” (striking another vessel).
