MV Glory Sea deck 5 plan (Celestyal Odyssey - deck 5 Selene)

Deck layout and review

Review of MV Glory Sea deck 5 (Celestyal Odyssey - deck 5 Selene)

  • The Promenade deck has the ship’s Atrium Lobby – seating area and boarding/entryways for embarkation/disembarkation. With central location here is the Reception Desk providing 24-hour guest services (assistance, information, purser services/cashier). Also here is the Shore Excursions Desk, serving the Celestyal Cruises tours/excursions booking program.
  • Dining Room (traditionally called Aegean Restaurant) is the ship’s main restaurant (capacity 470 seats). It is complimentary, with open-seating for Breakfast and Lunch, and with two assigned seatings for Dinner. Breakfasts and Lunches are buffet-style. Dinners are both waiter-served and buffet-style, with a table d’hote menu (an additional a la carte menu is offered, with items at surcharge). The cuisine is international, dishes are prepared by certified chefs. Tables capacity vary from 2-seats to 8-seats. Upon embarkation, the ship’s Maitre d’Hotel takes dining room reservations. Depending on availability, there are early and late sitting times. Dinner times vary depending on the Celestyal Oddyssey itinerary (arrival/departure times in ports of call). Dining Room times are announced via the Daily Program (with scheduled activities). Since Breakfasts and Lunches don’t require reservations, guests can choose between the Dining Room restaurant or the Leda buffet restaurant on Helios Deck 7.
  • Adjacent to the Dining Room are the ship’s Galley/Kitchen (portside) and the small Selene Lounge & Bar (starboard).
  • Selene Deck cruise cabins from 5001 to 5046, of which Inside cabins (category IF), Oceanview rooms (categories XB and XBO) and Suites (categories SB and SJ).
