The Chichagof Dining Room features open seating with made-to-order meals. Breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m., with a coffee station, fruit and pastries available for early risers. Starting at noon, lunch features a salad or soup, a hot entree and a sandwich, and a dessert. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and lasts about 90 minutes. It consists of salad or soup, choice of entree and a dessert. Lunches include unlimited soft drinks, coffee and tea, and dinners give a choice of one free glass of local beer or house wine. Premium wines and other drinks can be ordered at dinner for extra fee.
