Due to planned for the yacht refurbishment that took longer than expected, the following cruise itineraries in the Mediterranean were officially canceled. The ship’s itinerary program continued as scheduled from April 24, 2016 (leaving from Venice Italy).
Passengers on the canceled (April 17) departure received a full refund, reimbursement of nonrefundable travel expenses and airline fees. All booked customers were also given the option of either a free cruise on Crystal Esprit (itineraries 2016 or 2017) or a free cruise on the fleet mate Crystal Symphony (departure April 17, 2016, Venice to Piraeus-Athens), plus USD 1250 pp in onboard credit.
