American Express Travel Representative "Cruise Planners" rolled out its newest proprietary technology solution (named CP Maxx). This is next-generation booking and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system developed for its travel agent network.
The brand new streamlined platform was developed strategically with feedback from internal teams and most importantly Cruise Planners Agent Technology Advisory Board – produced by travel agents, for travel agents in order to help “Maxximize” efficiencies and profits.
CP Maxx performs up to 8 times faster in comparison with the prior platform of Cruise Planners. It has evolved into a modern design that works across various digital platforms, including mobile devices and tablets, allowing travel agents to run their business through accessing the user-friendly site anywhere, anytime and from any device.
