CMV-Cruise and Maritime Voyages greeted the arrival of their latest ship. CMV Vasco da Gama joined the fleet in April 2019 and arrived at London International Cruise Terminal (in Tilbury) on Thursday, June 6, following completion of a spectacular maiden (relocation) cruise to Europe from Singapore.

The premium liner which already enjoys an enviable reputation welcomed on board the media, key suppliers, and trade partners, who have been invited to a special evening onboard along with more than 130 of CMV’s most loyal passengers.

Following the UK event, Vasco da Gama headed to Amsterdam to show off excellent onboard facilities on Saturday, June 8, and then over to Bremerhaven on Sunday, June 9. On Monday the vessel begins a series of itineraries with the sister company of CMV, TransOcean in Germany setting sail to the Norwegian Fjords on a 9-night trip.

The 55,820 GT Vasco da Gama underwent an extensive drydock refurbishment back in 2015.
