AIDA Cruises and Costa Cruises both cancelled all of their scheduled itineraries through and including July 31, and plan to resume operations on August 1, 2020. Both cruise companies are subsidiaries of Carnival Corporation - the world's largest cruise shipowner.

Passengers on cancelled AIDA sailings will have their cancellations processed chronologically according to their departure dates. A cruise credit will be on offer along with a bonus of 10% on top of the payment made. The credit can be used for all bookings until December 31, 2021.
