UK-based company Riviera River Cruises - Scylla's main boat charterer- launches its Wave Season promo deals on January 1, 2021, with new incentives for retail and group bookings on European river cruises.
Deals feature a USD 500 discount on cabins and a USD 250 gift card for travel agents for retail bookings, as well as a free 6th cabin after 5 cabins are group booked. The incentives apply to new bookings made between January 1-15.
The new incentives include:
- Retail: staterooms on cruises of 8+ days are discounted US$500 with the travel advisor receiving a US$250 gift card per stateroom booked. Cabins on solo cruises of 8+ days are discounted US$250 with the travel advisor receiving a US$100 gift card per cabin booked. The incentive can be combined with other discounts of up to US$2,500 per cabin. Bookings have to be made and deposited between January 1-15, 2021.
- Groups: guests can receive a free 6th cabin for a tour conductor after 5 cabins are booked as part of a group. Group booking has to be made with a contract issued between January 1-15; deposit allowed up to 8 weeks after taking out the group block. The group incentive cannot be combined with the additional US$500 retail discount and is not available for solo cruises or staterooms with no single supplement.
Riviera River Cruises boasts 20 itineraries on a total of 10 rivers and waterways, including specially dedicated departures for solo travellers with no single supplement.
