DCL-Disney Cruise Line introduced the "Wish Tower Suite" - a first-of-its-kind cruise accommodation located high in the forward funnel of MS Disney Wish - DCL's new ship (under construction) scheduled for inauguration in summer 2022.

With an interior design inspired by Walt Disney's 3D animation film "Moana" (2016) and top-ship views, the 1965-ft2 (183-m2) "penthouse in the sky" is a celebration of the spirit of the sea.

The Wish Tower Suite is expected to become Disney's most unique stateroom yet. The loft suite accommodates up to 8 passengers and features two bedrooms, kids' room, library (converting to a bedroom), 4 full bathrooms plus a powder room (half-bath). The living room is flanked by an open dining area, a pantry, and a bar, all offering unique views across the upper decks through a 2-story window wall.

The main bedrooms (on the Suite's upper-level) are with walk-in closets, King-size double beds, floor-ceiling windows overlooking the living area below. The main bathrooms each have rain-head showers, double-sink vanities, spa bathtubs.

Wish Tower Suite is designed with iconography, artworks, and materials themed on the Moana's Oceania-inspired world - soft whites, deep corals, calm blues, custom-made artworks and ornaments.

The piece de resistance is a hand-crafted porcelain sculpture coming alive. When guests arrive, they may discover the statue pulsing in hues of green amid soft chimes recalling the film's soundtrack, revealing as the heart of Te Fiti. Special lighting and audio effects fill the room to provide a magical, one-of-a-kind greeting.

The film-inspired interior decorations also include a custom-made canvas piece with Moana sailing on the sea; dimensional props celebrating the treasures of the ocean and the crafts of Moana's village; a glittering sculpture composed of shiny objects (interpretation of the dazzling collection of Tamatoa). The kids' room, which features unique built-in bunkbeds, enchants children of all ages with a sparkling constellation pattern lighting up the ceiling to reveal Moana's oar, Maui's hook, the heart of Te Fiti, and Gramma Tala.
