Blue Dream Melody/AIDAvita decks with passenger cabins include a total of 2 Suites (in 1 category), 60 Balcony staterooms (in 1 category), 357 Oceanview staterooms (in 8 categories), and 214 Interior cabins (in 2 categories), for a total of 16 cabin types.
Each Suite features a spacious private sundeck, bathroom with full-size bathtub and separate shower, WC, sink, bathrobes and slippers, luxury bath products, twin beds (convertible to a queen) plus a sofa bed, pillow menu (5 options), and a welcome package with fresh fruit, fine chocolates, and champagne. Guests also enjoy a 3-course Welcome Dinner at Rossini, in-room breakfast (on request, from Rossini’s à la carte menu), complimentary access to the Wellness facilities (on disembarkation day), express services (laundry, luggage handling, shoeshine), turndown concierge room service, iPod docking stations, and Nintendo Wii gaming consoles.
Balcony staterooms feature twin beds (convertible to queen), a seating area with a table and two armchairs. Oceanview and Interior rooms have either separate or convertible twin beds, plus a sofa and/or bunk bed. Oceanview cabins offer large porthole windows.

Blue Dream Melody/AIDAvita has 4 wheelchair-accessible cabins for disabled passengers, located on decks 6 and 7 and available in two categories. Cabin details by category are as follows:
- Oceanview (with a porthole window) – CB (obstructed view, 194 ft² / 18 m², cabins 6144 and 6242, with twin beds convertible to queen) and CA (183 ft² / 17 m², cabins 6240 and 7249, with separate twin beds).
These accessible cabins include wider doors, turning space, open-frame beds, lowered vanity in the sitting area, amplified emergency phones, captioned TVs, and larger bathrooms with roll-in showers, fold-down benches, grab bars, lower sinks and closet rods, raised toilets, and handheld showerheads.
The staterooms are conveniently located near the ship’s elevators.
