SS Victoria cabins and suites

All Riverside Bach/Uniworld SS Victoria cabins are outside-view staterooms with French balconies (sash windows). There are 6 cabin categories, with a maximum capacity of up to 4 guests per stateroom.

Classified as suites, the accommodations range in size from 18 m2 (190 ft2) for river-level cabins to 71 m2 (760 ft2) for the two-bedroom Owner Suite. Among their standout features are king-size beds (a first in the river cruising industry), spacious marble bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, luxury 5-star hotel amenities, and dedicated butler service.

All passenger cabins offer the following amenities and services (at no extra charge): king-size beds (convertible to twin beds), deluxe bedding (Scandinavian duvets, pillow menu, king-size pillows, fine Egyptian cotton linens and towels), private bathroom with WC and double-sink vanity (drawers, towel shelf, heated towel rail, backlit mirror, HDTV), glass-door shower (overhead and handheld showerheads), branded hairdryer, 110V/220V power outlets, ETRO premium bath products (terry bathrobes, plush slippers, shower caps, toiletries, shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, bath salts), lounge/seating area, vanity table/writing desk, armchair, two-seat sofa (some convertible to a third bed), walk-in closet (shelving, full-height hanging space, removable lower rail), Nespresso coffee maker, adjustable table (coffee/dining), refrigerator/mini-bar (stocked with complimentary beverages—soft drinks, beer, bottled water), wall-mounted 40-inch HDTV (satellite reception, movies on demand, infotainment system, “View From the Bridge” real-time webcam views), alarm clock, direct-dial phone (satellite connection), personal safe (in the closet), handmade artwork, bedside tables (lamps, USB ports, wireless charging pad), individual air conditioning, underfloor heating (including bathrooms), laptop data port, and welcome gifts (champagne, chocolates, flowers).

Both Two-Bedroom Owner Suites are located midship on the Riverside Deck (3rd floor). These are the ship’s largest accommodations, featuring a separate master bedroom, second (guest) bedroom, living room, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a window-facing bed, floor-to-ceiling sash window (forming a French balcony), and pop-up TV. The master bathroom has a separate Jacuzzi (whirlpool bathtub) and a fixed (non-opening) window. The living room features an LED fireplace (non-heating), LCD TV, drop-down bed (convertible to a writing desk), seating area (sofa, table, two armchairs), and a floor-to-ceiling sash window (French balcony). Both bedrooms have direct access to their respective bathrooms.

Riverside Suites and Seahorse Suites (formerly Crystal’s River Suites categories S1-S2-S3) feature a double sofa (convertible to a third bed) and a French balcony (floor-to-ceiling sash window). Similarly designed, but slightly smaller, are the Melody and Symphony Suites (formerly Crystal’s Petite Suites categories S4-S5).

Upon request, rollaway beds are available for all cabins, subject to availability. Housekeeping services are provided twice daily, including evening turndown service.

Smoking is not permitted in cabins.

Butler service (upon request) is complimentary and available to all passengers, regardless of suite category. This service includes gratuities and offers shoeshine, packing/unpacking, laundry/pressing/dry cleaning, private arrangements, and in-cabin dining (hors d’oeuvres, canapés).

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (parent, legal guardian, or another person aged 21+ with a signed Parental Consent Guardianship Form). The form must be received by Riverside Collection Cruises up to 30 days prior to departure.
