Deck layouts, review of facilities, activities, amenities
SS Victoria deck plan review at CruiseMapper provides newest cruise deck plans (2026-2027-2028 valid floor layouts of the vessel) extracted from the officially issued by Riverside Cruises (Uniworld) deckplan pdf (printable version).
Each of the SS Victoria cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck's venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on SS Victoria staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category.
SS Victoria (built in 2017, formerly "Crystal Bach," and in 2022–2023 named "Riverside Bach") is one of four ultra-luxury "river yachts" operated until 2022 by Crystal Cruises. Her sisterships are Debussy, Mahler, and Ravel, all of which share the same design and were constructed by Lloyd Werft (MV Werften) in Wismar, Germany. Since 2022, Crystal’s entire river fleet has been owned by Seaside Hotels and managed by its subsidiary and travel brand, Riverside Collection Cruises.
Since March 2024, the vessel has been time-chartered by Uniworld River Cruise Collection.
The Riverside Bach/SS Victoria deck plan includes a total of 55 staterooms for 114 passengers (maximum capacity 169), served by 85 crew and staff. The ship has no medical facilities. She features 4 passenger decks, 4 restaurants, 3 lounges and bars, 1 glass elevator (serving decks 2–3 only), a self-service laundry, gym and spa facilities, and a glass-domed atrium area.
Unlike most riverboats, Bach has an indoor swimming pool (resistance/infinity pool). Other unique amenities include electric bicycles and a tender platform for deploying water toys (craft, jet skis, and kayaks), all offered complimentary to passengers at various ports along the itinerary.
Crystal Bach was an all-inclusive luxury riverboat, with complimentary amenities and services including:
All beverages (including alcohol)—fine wines and champagne, premium spirits, bottled water, specialty coffee, soft drinks, and fresh juices
Complimentary dinners ashore at Michelin-starred or other renowned gourmet restaurants (in ports with overnight stays)
A choice of two guided excursions (from the Crystal Adventures program) offered in each port of the itinerary. The Crystal Active Exploration Adventures program allows passengers to stay active while sightseeing ashore.
Gratuities (including housekeeping/hotel, bar, and wait staff), butler service, 24-hour in-room dining (from the main restaurant menu), 24-hour room service, self-service laundry (detergent provided), and housekeeping (twice daily, including evening turndown service)
Afternoon tea and open-bar service
Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access for all guests (regardless of cabin category), with up to 60 minutes per person per day. Crystal Suites receive 90 minutes per person per day.
All dining venues feature premium linens (by Garnier-Thiebaut), Riedel crystal, and fine china (by Villeroy & Boch).
Airport transfers (on embarkation and disembarkation days only) are complimentary, including for passengers with independent air travel arrangements.
Cruise-only bookings may add airfare at an additional cost.
Solo travel fares include a 130–200% single supplement (based on double occupancy rates). These supplements are calculated before promotional discounts, are capacity-controlled, and may be withdrawn at any time.
