CATEGORY 1 cabins are located on Main Deck (room numbers 301 to 306). Each of them features 2 lower single beds (convertible to a Queen / double bed), private bathroom (WC, shower, single-sink vanity), writing desk with chair, 2 porthole windows.

CATEGORY 2 cabins are located on Main Deck (room numbers 307 to 315). They offer the same amenities and have the same layout as CATEGORY 1 staterooms.

Only staterooms in these two categories (1 and 2) can be booked with single-occupancy rates, i.e. as "single cabins".

Connecting Cabins are pairs of 2 separate staterooms connected via internal doorway. On Main Deck, these are the pairs 312-314, 311-315, 306-308, and 305-307.

National Geographic Venture cabins review

The Lindblad ship National Geographic Venture has a total of 50 outside-facing staterooms, ranging from 13 m² / 135 ft² (Category 1) to 17 m² / 185 ft² (Category 5).

Among all accommodations, 22 feature small balconies accessed via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. A total of 12 cabins (6 pairs) are interconnected through internal doorways and may be booked as “family cabins.” All Category 5 suites accommodate up to three guests, with the third passenger sleeping on a convertible sofabed.

All staterooms are oceanview and fitted with either two portholes (round, non-opening windows), two large non-opening windows, or a private balcony. Each cabin offers Wi-Fi Internet access and individually controlled air conditioning. Bathrooms are en-suite (WC and shower, single-vanity sink), modern in design, and stocked with a hairdryer, herbal hair products, and bath amenities (soap, shampoo, shower gel, lotion, Expedition Essential Kit).

Every cabin includes power outlets and bedside USB charging ports, as well as ample luggage storage. Standard furnishings include two bedside cabinets (with radio and alarm clock), wall-mounted reading lamps, ceiling LED lighting, a small writing desk, and a queen-size bed (some convertible into two twin beds).

All decks offer elevator access and public restrooms.
