The Dining Room is open-seating and handles all onboard meals. Breakfast is served around 6:30-7:30 a.m., and it is the only buffet on True North, with a choice of fruit, cereals, bakery items and toast, as well as a daily hot option like Eggs Benedict. Lunch is generally served between 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m., with one-course fine dining offering. Dinner is served between 7:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Cuisine is sustainable and organic, focusing on Australian flair and locally sourced fresh ingredients. As part of the open-door policy, guests are invited to pop into the galley.
