The Princess Cruises “Chef’s Table” experience (private, multi-course gourmet dining at surcharge per person) is designed by celebrity chef Curtis Stone. The dining package starts with a galley tour, fine Champagne and hors d’oeuvres. Follows a multi-course dinner (in the Dining Room restaurant) prepared by the ship’s Executive Chef.
Club Restaurant (aft Dining Room with open seating for Breakfast 7:30-9:30am, Lunch 12-1:30pm/seadays, Afternoon Tea 3:30-4:30pm, and formal dining for Dinner/4-course menu, with 2 fixed seatings- at 6 and 8:15pm; hosts the “Chef’s Table” private dining/surcharge PP).
