Royal Caribbean's ship Harmony of the Seas changes itineraries due to Tropical Storm Fiona

RCI-Royal Caribbean's vessel Harmony of the Seas changed itineraries in order to avoid Tropical Storm Fiona's path.

Passengers booked on Harmony OTS were advised that the scheduled roundtrip from Port Canaveral/Orlando (Florida) would change from the Eastern Caribbean to a Western Caribbean itinerary.

RCI emailed the affected guests, informing them that the change had been made "to maintain a safe and comfortable journey" and instead of the planned visits to St Thomas USVI (Sept 21) and St Maarten (Sept 22), the liner will visit Mexico's ports Costa Maya and Cozumel.

The change affected only the September 18 departure.

As scheduled, Harmony OTS will still call at CocoCay (Bahamas) on Sept 19.
