Storylines, the brand building the residential cruise ship MV Narrative, announced it was releasing "a limited number of homes for shared purchase."

The fractional shares are for 25%, allowing up to 4 residents to share a luxury space onboard the ship.

Those who choose the shared purchase option can enjoy the same amenities as other residents, including zero maintenance/upkeep responsibilities.

The residence types offered for shared purchase feature:

  • RU4 Dream (721 ft2, a waterfront balcony). The introductory pricing for a 25% share is US$1,275,000 for the lifetime of the ship and US$37,000 for quarterly all-inclusive living fees (US$6,167 per person, per month, double occupancy).
  • RU2 Explore (377 ft2, a waterfront balcony). The introductory pricing for a 25% share is US$598,000 for the lifetime of the ship and US$26,700 for quarterly all-inclusive living fees (US$4,450 per person, per month, double occupancy).

Fees include drinks, food, housekeeping, laundry, and all of the vessel’s amenities.

The shares are broken down by season: March-May, June-August, September-November, and December-February.

The MV Narrative ship has been designed as a floating community, with 20 dining & bar venues, a bank, a school, a hospital, a post office, and office spaces.

Amenities feature a waterfront marina with personal watercraft, a hydroponic garden farm, an open-air fitness deck, and a bowling alley. A 10,000-square-foot wellness center houses an anti-aging clinic, a spa, and a gym.
