Cruise Saudi has selected Columbia Blue, a prominent provider of leisure services, to serve as the ship manager for their upcoming cruise line AROYA Cruises (the operator of the Manara ship).
In this collaboration, Columbia Blue will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of hotel management aboard the ships, encompassing tasks such as housekeeping, guest relations, food and beverage services, crew management, and deck and engine operations. While technical operations will be managed by Columbia Cruise Services, the hospitality services will be handled by Columbia Signature.
According to Lars Clasen (Cruise Saudi's CEO), the partnership with Columbia Blue, a leading figure in the ship management industry, is of paramount importance for the success of AROYA Cruises. Clasen highlights that this strategic alliance plays a crucial role in ensuring that passengers aboard AROYA Cruises have a superlative and memorable experience.
