CCL-Carnival Cruise Line has introduced two new bundled fare options designed to simplify onboard spending and provide greater cost predictability for passengers sailing in 2026. Offered on a limited-time basis, the All-In-One packages consolidate common onboard and pre-cruise purchases into fixed daily rates and are positioned as value-focused additions to the line’s existing pricing structure.
Details published by the company indicate that the packages are available for booking through December 18th, 2025, and apply to voyages departing between January 1st and December 31st, 2026. They can be reserved online through Carnival’s Manage My Cruise platform and are offered across the brand’s deployment, including itineraries in the Caribbean and the Bahamas. The concept is intended for guests who prefer to combine beverages, internet access and selected pre-cruise discounts into a single purchase made before embarkation.
Carnival has indicated that the packages may be cancelled and refunded prior to sailing, while any unused benefits after boarding are not eligible for reimbursement. This structure favors passengers who anticipate making regular use of the included services during their cruise.
The lower-priced option, known as the Essentials Value Package, is set at US$50 per person per day and is aimed at guests seeking basic inclusions without alcoholic beverages. It combines the CHEERS! Zero Proof non-alcoholic beverage program with Carnival’s Value WiFi plan. In addition, it provides a one-time US$50 reduction on pre-booked shore excursions and a US$25 reduction on specialty dining reservations made in advance of the voyage. Carnival has specified that all guests aged three and older in the same stateroom are required to purchase this package if selected, while children under two are excluded.
For passengers looking for a broader range of inclusions, the Ultimate Value Package is priced at US$90 per person per day. This option incorporates the standard CHEERS! beverage package, which includes alcoholic drinks, along with the Premium WiFi plan. It also mirrors the pre-cruise discounts on shore excursions and specialty dining and adds a 50% reduction on spa treatments booked before sailing, as well as a 50% discount on the onboard photo package. The cruise line has outlined that this package is intended for adult guests, requiring all passengers aged 21 and over in the stateroom to participate, with younger travelers not eligible.
From an operational perspective, the principal benefit of the new offerings lies in budget management. By locking in commonly purchased services at a daily rate, passengers can reduce variability in onboard expenses, particularly on longer itineraries where beverage consumption, internet access and shore activities often represent a significant portion of total cruise spending. The advance-purchase discounts also encourage early planning, which can be advantageous when demand for excursions or dining reservations is high.
Carnival has further clarified that all eligible guests within a stateroom must select the same package and that the two options cannot be combined. The shore excursion and dining discounts may each be applied once, and spa treatments must be booked no later than three days before departure, with other benefits reserved by the day prior to embarkation.
