Regent Seven Seas Cruises has released details of its 150-night 2029 World Cruise, titled Eras of Exploration, which will be undertaken aboard the Seven Seas Mariner.

The voyage is scheduled to depart Miami, Florida, on January 6th, 2029 and conclude in Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy, after a global itinerary covering approximately 37,000 nautical miles.

During the nearly 5-month itinerary, the luxurious ship is planned to visit 70 ports in 31 countries across all 7 continents. The itinerary begins with a passage through South America, including navigation of the Amazon River, before continuing south toward Antarctica.

After departing the Antarctic region, the cruise is scheduled to proceed across the Pacific toward the islands of Polynesia before reaching Australia. The route then continues through Southeast Asia and across the Indian Ocean, followed by calls in India and visits to historic sites including Petra/Aqaba and the Nile region.

The voyage concludes with a series of Mediterranean ports before the final arrival in Civitavecchia.

Passengers are expected to have access to 326 included shore excursions throughout the voyage, together with 13 overnight port stays intended to allow extended exploration of selected destinations such as Lima (Callao) in Peru and Sydney in Australia. The itinerary also incorporates visits associated with 57 UNESCO World Heritage Sites along the route.

The voyage will be conducted aboard Seven Seas Mariner, a luxury cruise vessel operated by Regent Seven Seas Cruises that entered service in 2001 and accommodates approximately 700 passengers. The ship has recently undergone refurbishment work, including upgrades to suite interiors and redesigned marble bathrooms in several accommodation categories. The vessel also features a new Epicurean Enrichment Studio designed as a culinary theatre for cooking demonstrations and related experiences.

Fares for the 2029 world voyage begin at approximately US$99,999 per person for a Deluxe Veranda Suite, with the largest Signature Suite accommodation priced at up to US$344,999 per guest. Reservations for the sailing are scheduled to open on April 1st, 2026.
