Azamara Cruises has announced its 2027 Azamara Circle Loyalty Cruise, following the company’s 2026 CEO Cruise in Alaska. The new sailing will place the line’s most loyal guests at the centre of a dedicated voyage aboard Azamara Journey from November 10th to 21st, 2027, visiting Greece, Cyprus and Turkey.
The voyage is intended to build on the format established by the CEO Cruise while providing additional opportunities for Azamara Circle members to meet fellow guests, interact with senior executives and spend time with CEO Dondra Ritzenthaler during the sailing.
Ritzenthaler said the company had designed the Azamara Circle Cruise as a way of recognising its most loyal guests and creating additional opportunities for shared experiences both aboard Azamara Journey and ashore.
The 2026 Alaska CEO Cruise included hosted excursions with Ritzenthaler, a question-and-answer session with Azamara executives, onboard entertainment and events intended to bring guests together. One of the programme’s features was an Atlas Bar cocktail competition, in which bartenders from across the fleet submitted original creations.
The winning entry, the Nusantara Spritz, was selected by a panel comprising Azamara guests, Ritzenthaler and members of the cruise line’s executive team. The cocktail combines Grey Goose Vodka, Kahlúa and freshly brewed espresso with vanilla, premium tonic, coffee beans and a lemon twist, producing a lighter variation on an espresso-based cocktail.
The Nusantara Spritz is scheduled to enter the Atlas Bar menu in December 2026 as Azamara begins introducing elements of its Azamara Forward initiative.
The 2027 Circle Loyalty Cruise will continue the company’s focus on smaller-ship itineraries in the Eastern Mediterranean, with Azamara Journey providing the setting for the 11-night voyage through Greece, Cyprus and Turkey.
