Princess Cruises has detailed the dining, beverage, connectivity and onboard service benefits available to guests sailing aboard Sun Princess with its Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages.
Princess Plus is priced at US$65 per person, per day, while Princess Premier costs US$95 per person, per day. The package information also includes MedallionNet pricing and other onboard charges based on rates listed as of May 3rd, 2025.
Princess Plus combines the standard accommodation, dining and entertainment offering with crew appreciation, a beverage package covering drinks priced up to US$15 each and MedallionNet Max internet access for one device per guest. The package also provides two premium desserts per day, two fitness classes during the voyage, unlimited juice bar access and two casual dining meals.
OceanNow delivery and room service delivery fees are included, while large bottles of water and cans of soda are available at a 25% discount. The beverage package covers cocktails, wines by the glass, beer, specialty coffee, fountain soda, bottled water, fresh juices, smoothies and alcohol-free beverages. Princess lists ~50 spirits, 25 wines by the glass and 25 beers within the Plus selection.
Princess Premier offers a broader range of benefits, including beverages priced up to US$20 each and MedallionNet Max connectivity for up to four devices per guest. The package includes unlimited specialty dining, subject to availability, as well as unlimited casual dining.
Additional Premier benefits include an unlimited digital photo package with three printed photographs, access to Princess Prizes, unlimited premium desserts and fitness classes, and reserved seating for production shows. Guests also receive a 25% discount on bottled wines, including selected rare vintages.
The Premier beverage selection is expanded to more than 75 spirits, over 40 wines by the glass and more than 20 premium cocktails. Large bottles of water and cans of soda are not included in either package but remain available at a 25% discount for package holders.
Guests who do not purchase a package can obtain individual services separately. MedallionNet Classic costs US$29.99 for one device for a single day, or US$24.99 per day when purchased for the entire voyage. Four-device access is priced at $54.99 for one day or US$44.99 per day for the full cruise.
Casual dining purchased separately is priced at $14.99 for a three-course fixed menu. OceanNow access carries a one-time fee of US$14.99, while room service is subject to a US$5 delivery charge.
The complimentary dining venues identified in the guide include the Soleil and Eclipse main dining rooms, The Eatery, Americana Diner, International Café, and food outlets at Lido and Promenade. Alfredo’s Pizzeria and O’Malley’s Irish Pub are classified as casual dining venues.
Specialty dining is priced at US$60 per person and includes Crown Grill, Makoto Ocean, Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria, The Butcher’s Block by Dario, The Catch by Rudi, Umai Hot Pot, Umai Teppanyaki and Love by Britto. Princess applies a US$10 per-person charge when a specialty restaurant reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Experiential dining is excluded from both the Plus and Premier packages. The options listed include Spellbound, Chef’s Table, Caymus Winemaker Dinner, Balcony Breakfast and Balcony Dinner. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an experiential dining reservation may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the applicable price.
