RSSC-Regent Seven Seas Cruises is preparing its most extensive wellness programme to date for Seven Seas Prestige, which is scheduled to enter service at the end of 2026. The new offering will include the cruise line’s first salt room, its first in-suite gym, the largest Serene Spa & Wellness facility in the fleet, and an expanded selection of treatments focused on longevity and preventative wellness.
The new facilities complement the recently announced Solara Sports Deck and are intended to create a broader combination of fitness, spa and wellness services aboard the vessel.
Located on Deck 4, the Serene Spa & Wellness complex will comprise 10 treatment rooms, including dedicated spaces for acupuncture, medi-spa procedures and couples’ treatments. Its complimentary thermal suite will introduce Regent’s first salt room and will also include saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, aroma room, snow room, experience showers and heated loungers.
The spa’s treatment programme will be the most extensive offered by the cruise line, combining international wellness practices with a range of massages, facials, body treatments and beauty services. Signature treatments will include the Around the World Massage, Brazilian Bamboo Massage and Mediterranean Seaweed Wrap.
Seven Seas Prestige will also feature Regent’s most comprehensive medi-spa programme to date. Services will include clinical-grade dermal analysis and advanced aesthetic procedures using ThermageFLX and truSculpt technologies for skin tightening and body contouring. Additional offerings will include Niagen NAD+ Longevity IV treatments, LED-enhanced acupuncture and Plated Exosomes Serum.
The adjacent salon will provide three hair stations, a barber station and two manicure and pedicure stations. Spa, medi-spa and salon treatments will be available at an additional charge.
The Serene Spa & Wellness Fitness Centre will cover 6,006 square feet, making it the largest fitness facility in Regent’s fleet. The gym will use Technogym’s Sand Stone Collection throughout the space and will introduce the Mywellness platform, allowing guests to access personalised training programmes, track progress and use on-demand fitness classes.
Dedicated areas will accommodate yoga, Pilates, stretching and cycling, while separate zones will provide cardio and strength-training equipment, including treadmills and free weights.
The Skyview Regent Suite will introduce another feature for the cruise line: a private in-suite gym covering 161 square feet. The facility will include Technogym equipment such as the Technogym Bike Personal Live, designed by Antonio Citterio, the Kinesis Personal Vision with FullGravity Technology, the Technogym Bench and Technogym Visio display for guided and on-demand workouts.
Guests staying in the Skyview Regent Suite will also receive two complimentary Serene Spa & Wellness services each day. These treatments can be provided either within the suite or at the main spa facility.
