RSSC-Regent Seven Seas Cruises is expanding its onboard beverage program with new bar concepts, cocktail menus and alcohol-free options aboard Seven Seas Prestige, which is scheduled to enter service in December. The offerings include an Italian-inspired aperitivo bar, Mediterranean-influenced cocktails and a range of zero-proof drinks, complementing the ship’s restaurants and lounges.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises President Wesley D’Silva said the new beverage concepts reflect the company’s broader approach to developing the guest experience aboard Seven Seas Prestige, extending its design and service strategy to the ship’s bars, lounges and drinks menus.
At Galileo’s Bar, the beverage program draws on Italy’s aperitivo tradition and the spirit of exploration associated with the venue’s namesake. The bar’s Negroni Observatory will feature variations on the classic Italian cocktail, including the Comet Negroni, made with Italicus, Beefeater Gin and Noilly Prat Vermouth, and the Astronomer’s Negroni, combining mezcal, Beefeater Gin and Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino.
Additional options will include the Dark Matter Espresso Martini, prepared with Amaro Montenegro, vodka and espresso, and Jupiter’s Garden, which combines gin, Frangelico and fresh basil. The zero-proof selection will include the Orbit Zero Espresso Martini, made with Lyre’s Dark Cane, Lyre’s Amaretti and espresso.
At Azure, the beverage menu has been developed to complement the restaurant’s Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. The selection will include herbal cocktails, citrus-based spritzes, regional wines and infused waters featuring ingredients such as cucumber, lemon, orange and pomegranate. Among the cocktails are the Monastery Sour, combining Bénédictine, brandy, lemon juice and thyme syrup, and the Provence Bloom, made with elderflower liqueur, lavender syrup, lemon juice, peach purée, gin and tonic water.
Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose will offer wines, cocktails and alcohol-free beverages designed for outdoor dining. Its cocktail selection will include the Pearl of the Riviera, made with Grey Goose La Poire, Cocchi Americano, Luxardo Aperitivo and Prosecco, and the Mediterranean Paloma, combining blanco tequila, pink grapefruit, rosemary honey and soda water.
The zero-proof menu at Solmar Terrace will feature the Orchard Fizz, prepared with apple juice, lemon and rosemary, and the Dark ’n Spicy, which combines Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit, lime juice, ginger beer and sugar-free vanilla syrup.
In addition to the new concepts, Seven Seas Prestige will feature established Regent bar and lounge venues, including the Prestige Lounge, Meridian Lounge, Observation Lounge and Connoisseur Lounge, as well as the casino, Pool Bar and Coffee Connection. Cocktails, wines and spirits will also be available across the ship’s restaurants.
The beverage program will be completed by a signature cocktail created specifically for Seven Seas Prestige, following Regent’s practice of offering ship-specific drinks across its fleet. The cocktail combines Patrón Silver Tequila, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, lime juice, egg white, agave syrup and grapefruit or orange bitters, and is garnished with a dehydrated lime wheel and Himalayan salt.
