History was made on Wednesday, June 27, at Seattle's Ballard Locks as the cruise ship Star Legend passed through the locks.
At 440 ft long and 63 ft wide, it is a small cruiser by industry's standards, but the shipowner Windstar said it was the largest vessel to ever pass through Ballard Locks.
