Wilhelmshaven (Lower Saxony, Germany) is featured in the new Maritime Cities of the Continent voyage aboard Saga Sapphire, departing Dover UK on February 2, 2019.

From Wilhelmshaven, passengers have the exclusive opportunity to visit Meyer Werft Shipyard and see the finishing touches being made to Saga Cruises first newbuild ship Spirit of Discovery, launching July 2019.

A shipbuilding expert and maritime historian give lectures onboard Saga Sapphire to enhance guest experience during the 6-night, all-inclusive cruise.

The ship also sails along River Elbe to moor in Hamburg, home to a Miniature Wonderland featuring the largest model railway in the world.
