Jamaica was voted top Caribbean Cruise Destination of the year 2018.
Jamaica received the prestigious award from Caribbean Journal, the largest website for Caribbean travel and trade news in the world.
The award recognizes destinations which record a consistent increase in cruise arrivals.
In 2018, Jamaica continued to attract new ships like Carnival Horizon. The popular brand TUI Cruises also increased their visits to Montego Bay.
This follows the recent record wins of Jamaica at World Travel Awards in Portugal as well as Travvy Awards held last month in NY, where the island received Best Honeymoon Destination, Best Wedding Destination, and Best Culinary Destination.
