The new program has been designed via collaboration with the multi-award winning Journalist and former Editor-in-Chief Adam Sachs. The SALT program is to be tailored according to the sailed region. It will incorporate both shoreside and ship-based enrichments, such as winery visits, market trips, dining experiences in regional bars and restaurants, food and wine tastings, insightful food lectures, special dinners with guest hosts, cooking classes and demonstrations from guest chefs and food experts, as well as many other enhancements.

The dedicated SALT Lab will offer the perfect setting for vacationers to explore culinary cultures from all around the world, while the new SALT restaurant is expected to serve regional cuisine which will adapt according to the destination.
