The first of two newbuilds was received after a one month delay by Hapag Lloyd Cruises from the Norwegian VARD yard.
Hanseatic Nature will be inaugurated in the harbor of Hamburg Germany and is due to begin its first journeys to northern Europe and Greenland. After the end of the season, the vessel is deployed to South America for cruises to Antarctica.
The cruise company will receive its second vessel, Hanseatic Inspiration in October 2019.
