Beginning on September 1, 2019, Crystal Society (loyalty program) members will be able to enjoy greater freedom of choice and flexibility when it comes to the benefits as part of the line’s enhanced loyalty program. Crystal Cruises announced that due to its expanded portfolio of global experiences, Crystal Society members can earn and redeem milestone benefits for Crystal experience of their choice, including River, Yacht, and Ocean. The upcoming Expedition cruises afford significantly more options for vacationers wanting to enjoy other experiences of the brand. Crystal is the only luxury cruise shipping company that offers 4 distinct experiences exploring oceans and rivers.
The shipboard credits received by the members (As You Wish credits) will be offered in the same amounts and at the same milestone levels but can already be applied to the fare if the member wishes so.
Crystal Society members can enjoy up to US$10,000 towards future cruises - depending on the milestone level. The new program retroactively applies to past and future Crystal sailings.
Vacationers are welcomed into the Crystal Society program right after their first cruise, enjoying special perks each time they return.
In addition, members receive 2,5% Crystal Society Savings on worldwide journeys; exclusive 2.5 percent onboard booking savings; complimentary upgrades; hosted cocktail parties on every sailing following the members’ first cruise; milestone recognition, commemorative pins, and exclusive onboard events.
Former free cruise awards will be converted to equivalent Crystal Society Cruise Credits, earned at the same levels as before and following milestones of 25, 50, 70, 100, 125 and 150 cruises.
If a member currently has a free cruise reward he/she has yet to redeem and do not wish to use the new equivalent Crystal Society Cruise Credit that goes into effect on September 1, 2019, he/she must book his/her trip no later than December 31, 2019 and has to sail before December 31, 2020.
