Reaching the city where guests embark on their Costa cruise ship will now become easier, as the cruise line and FlixBus announced a new partnership. Through this collaboration, it's already possible to add FlixBus transfer (one-way/return) during the booking process from any of the cities in Europe that FlixBus serves to the harbor city from where passengers kick off their cruise.
Hopping on FlixBus when disembarking to travel to the final destination is also possible. The convenient combination booking is available if a Costa cruise is booked through the Costa Contact Center or through a travel agent.
Following a successful pilot phase, FlixBus and Costa have solidified their goal of making intermodal travel as comfortable and easy as possible. The commercial partnership connects more than 1,000 European FlixBus destinations to major port cities from where Costa Cruises ships depart.
Over the past years, FlixBus has built Europe's largest intercity bus network with more than 400,000 daily connections to destinations in thirty countries.
