Valid on group and individual river cruise bookings for 2021 voyages in Asia and Europe, bookings made by January 31, 2021, have different options to protect their river cruise starting with the Ultimate Cruise Flexibility featuring complimentary rescheduling of the cruise-only portion of the cruisetour.
All 2021 Asia and Europe AMAwaterways cruises booked by January 31 are protected via the Ultimate Cruise Flexibility programme. The flexible complimentary policy allows passengers to reschedule the river cruise portion of the voyage through 2023 with no change fees. Rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours prior to the start of their AmaWaterways purchased services with no fees.
For vacationers who book other parts of their trip through AmaWaterways, from a pre-/post-cruise land package to extra hotel nights and air travel, the Travel Waiver Plus can be purchased for US$175 per person to cover cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of AmaWaterways purchased services.
AmaWaterways also offers travel insurance including a wide range of benefits, from emergency medical expenses to trip interruption. Travel advisors who book travel insurance through the river cruise line for their customers may rest assured their clients are covered during unexpected emergencies.
