PortMiami once again extends waiver for lay berth and harbour fees

On Monday, December 21, Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava once again extended the waiver for the lay berth and harbour fees for Miami-Dade County’s cruise partners effective November 17, 2020, through January 31, 2021, subject to availability at PortMiami Florida.

The period for the extended waiver can be at any time amended as needed at the sole discretion of Miami-Dade County.

According to Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Miami-Dade County will continue to support their cruise line partners "throughout these unprecedented times.” 

“As we await the safe return of cruising, we will maintain our commitment to our stakeholders who have shown great resilience during this crisis.”
