AIDA Cruises welcomed the further opening steps in the travel industry, especially in the north of Germany. The company revealed it will offer short cruises from homeport Kiel Germany, starting May 22.
AIDAsol is already in Northern Germany and getting ready for the restart. Bookings open on May 12, with further details to be announced soon.

AIDA's enhanced health & safety protocols, tested by SGS Institut Fresenius as well as confirmed by the classification society DNV, features a mandatory PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test, regular health checks, social distancing, hygiene protocols, and medical care including testing capacities onboard as well as other measures.
