MS Steigenberger Omar El Khayam cabins and suites

All Steigenberger Omar El Khayam cabins are outside, each featuring a full-size private balcony (step-out veranda). The ship's differently named Royal Suite accommodations are the ever-largest available for booking on an Egypt-based river cruise ship. The number of all cabin categories is 4 (max capacity of 2 guests).

• Hotel beds, queen-size 79 x 63 inches (200 x 160 cm), with deluxe bedding sets (100% Egyptian cotton, pillow menu), bedside tables with lamps, ample under bed storage space for suitcases.
• En-suite luxury bathrooms have a separate shower cubicle, bathtub, WC/sink, luxury bath products by L’Occitane (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, soaps).
• The room’s lounge area has table, chairs, mirrored vanity desk, plush towels, hairdryer, sliding-doors wardrobe with wooden hangers, flat HDTV (with infotainment system, satellite reception /several English-language channels for news and movies; “View From the Bridge” /real-time webcam views), IDD phone, refrigerator/mini-bar, personal safe, tea/coffee maker, complimentary bottled water (replenished daily), individual climate control (thermostat), 220 V power outlets.
• Free of charge Wi-Fi internet (shipwide coverage), medical service (the onboard doctor is on call).

• A unique feature is that each of the Steigenberger Omar ship cabins has a private balcony with sliding floor-ceiling windows. This is a full-size, step-out veranda, furnished with 1 table and 2 lounge chairs.
• The largest accommodations on the ship are the Royal Suites on decks 2 and 3 (all with forwarding location). Each of them has a separate lounge/living room with dining area (TV, double sofa, writing desk, 4-seat dining table, balcony access), master bedroom (TV, vanity table, large Picture Window), dressing room (with 2 closets). Their huge bathrooms have a separate Spa bathtub area, large vanity area (with dual sinks and seating), separate WC (with bidet) and separate shower room.
• Bathrooms in category AA Grand Suite accommodations are with a dual-sink vanity area, WC/bidet and separate shower/bathtub.
