MS VistaFlamenco cabins review

MS VistaFlamenco cruise ship has a total of 98 staterooms (all outside) accommodating up to 196 passengers. Double cabins measure 13 m² (140 ft²) and feature two separate lower beds (80x200 cm), arranged either parallel or in an L-shape. One bed converts into a daytime sofa, while the other is a foldaway bed. Single cabins include one lower and one upper (bunk) bed. Some double cabins can be booked for single use at a 50% supplement. Main Deck cabins have non-opening windows and can accommodate 3-4 guests via additional folding upper bunks. All Middle and Upper Deck cabins are fitted with French Balconies (floor-to-ceiling sliding windows opening to a railing).

All MS VistaFlamenco cabins offer standard amenities, including French Balcony (slide-opening floor-to-ceiling windows) or fixed/non-opening porthole windows, en-suite bathroom (washbasin with single-sink vanity, WC, shower, under-sink storage, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, razor socket), flat-screen TV (satellite channels, ship information channel, real-time bow camera, weather forecast), telephone (onboard calls only—Reception Desk, passenger cabins, wake-up service), wall-mounted mirror, round table with chair, above-bed shelf, mirrored wardrobe (with hangers, no drawers), radio, electronic safe (in the closet), 220V power outlets, and individually controlled air-conditioning. VIP cabins additionally receive a welcome basket with a bottle of sparkling wine and a gift.

Cabin categories include:

  • Double, Triple, and Quad Cabins (with fixed/non-opening porthole windows near the ceiling) in categories HD2, D3, and HD4 (Main Deck).
  • Double Cabins (French Balcony) in categories GLK (Glücks), OD2 (Superior), ODA, and ODV (Upper Deck).
  • Double Cabins (French Balcony) in categories GLK (Glücks), MD2, and MDA (Middle Deck).
  • Single Cabins (French Balcony) in categories MD1 (Middle Deck) and OD1 (Upper Deck).

When two full-paying adults share a 2-bed stateroom, or when one full-paying adult occupies a single cabin with an extra bed, children and teens (ages 2 to 19) travel free when accommodated in a folding bed. The riverboat is not suitable for wheelchair users, as moorings are often not accessible.
