Deck 4 is the ship’s social and entertainment hub, combining guest services, main dining, nightlife, and performance venues. It is essentially the busiest and most central floor.
The Atrium's Lobby Hall houses the Reception Desk and the Concierge & Shore Excursions desks. It is the primary guest service area handling bookings, dining reservations, land tours, and general assistance.
Future Cruise & Loyalty Manager is a dedicated service for booking future voyages, usually with exclusive discounts and loyalty benefits for repeat guests.
Crystal Cove is a stylish bar lounge ideal for coffee, light refreshments, or pre-dinner cocktails. Transitions into an evening venue with live music and a social atmosphere.
Casino de Monte Carlo is an elegant gaming lounge offering table games (blackjack, roulette, and poker), plus slot machines.
