Crystal Grace (2028-built) is the first of three newbuilds for Crystal Cruises. These are Fincantieri-designed and constructed vessels ordered by A&K Travel Group (shipowner) for its subsidiary and travel brand Crystal Cruises. Crystal Grace will be followed by the sisterships Crystal TBN2 (2030) and Crystal TBN3 (2032).
Crystal Grace cruise ship deck plans feature a total of 337 staterooms for 666 passengers (maximum capacity 766), served by 655 crew members. The ship has 12 decks (9 accessible to passengers, 5 with cabins), 17 dining and lounge venues (8 restaurants/food bars, 7 bar lounges, 2 pool bars), a Sundeck with 1 main swimming pool (with a retractable glass roof) and 2 Jacuzzis (large outdoor whirlpool hot tubs).
Passenger-accessible decks are served by 11 elevators (9 forward, 2 aft) and grand stairs, and have public restrooms. Deck 14 is only accessible via forward and aft lifts.
Deck 12 is a crew-only deck that spans ~1580 ft2/~147 m2 and accommodates up to 100 crew members. The exclusive complex consists of Crew Gym, Social Lounge (indoor bar venue), Sundries Shop (convenience store), and an outdoor sundeck (with a Jacuzzi, showers, and a sunbathing area with loungers).
Each cabin deck has a launderette (self-service laundry room) located in the forward section. The launderettes are complete with washers (detergent provided), dryers, and ironing facilities.
Complimentary onboard amenities and services include:
- All beverages (including alcohol), gratuities, butler service (for all Suites), 24-hour in-room dining (from the main dining room menu), room service, self-service laundry, and twice-daily housekeeping.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi – since 2015, free Internet access is offered to all guests (regardless of stateroom category) for up to 60 minutes per person per day, and 90 minutes per day for Penthouse and above suite guests.
- Top-tier suites feature a separate living and dining area, private gym studio, Bang & Olufsen audio system, three HDTVs, and an oceanview bathroom.
- All cabins are equipped with deluxe bedding and pillow menus, high-end toiletries, Egyptian cotton towels, slippers, kimonos, and plush robes.
- All fine dining restaurants feature premium linens by Garnier-Thiebaut, Riedel crystal, and deluxe china by Villeroy & Boch.
