Deck layouts, review of facilities, activities, amenities
Explorer Dream deck plan review at CruiseMapper provides newest cruise deck plans (2021-2022-2023 valid floor layouts of the vessel) extracted from the officially issued by Genting Cruise Lines (Dream Cruises) deckplan pdf (printable version).
Each of the Explorer Dream cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck's venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on Explorer Dream staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category.
MS Explorer Dream (1999-built as SuperStar Virgo, last refurbished in 2021) started operations for Dream Cruises China in April 2019. The vessel is of the so-called Leo-class cruise ships and same-designed as the NCL-Norwegian liner Norwegian Spirit (fka SuperStar Leo).
Explorer Dream's 2019 drydock (USD 56 million refurbishment project) added new facilities and amenities, including The Palace - an exclusive ship-within-a-ship suite complex with 40+ new staterooms served by dedicated butlers. The Palace passengers also enjoy beverage and dining privileges and exclusive activities, like fashion workshops with Chen and Connoisseurs Circle (club amenities).
Other new venues added in 2019 include Zodiac Theater, ESC Experience Lab (virtual reality room), Palm Court (observation lounge), redesigned Atrium Lobby, new restaurants (Mozzarella Ristorante and Pizzeria, Umi Uma Sushi and Teppanyaki, Seafood Grill by Mark Best).
