MS Mayflower (built 2019) is one of the newest top-luxury Nile River cruisers/hotel ships in Egypt. Mayflower cruise ship deck plan has a total of 54 staterooms for 120 passengers served by 60 crew/staff (all English-speaking). The ship features 5 passenger decks, spacious Sun Deck (outdoor lounge, shaded seating, cabanas, swimming pool), restaurant, lounge, 2 bars, Gym, Spa, Sauna. This riverboat has no laundrette (self-service laundry facility) and elevators. Fleetmates are the sisterships Mayfair (2010) and Esplanade (2012).
Ship’s dress code allows swimsuits, shorts and tank tops only on the sun deck. Ashore, women must cover themselves with a scarf (draped over the arms) and to avoid above the knee skirts. Bringing comfortable shoes is recommendable for land tours.
