Review of MS Volga Dream deck 3 (Promenade)
The Library is an aft-located Reading Lounge with comfortable seating and a selection of books - mainly Russian travel guides and books themed on the country's history and culture.
On Promenade Deck are located cruise cabins from 300 to 326, all of which are outside staterooms in categories President Suite (forward), Envoy Suite (midship-starboard), Deluxe and Single-Standard (aft).
Promenade Deck is a wraparound outdoor area with chairs.
