The Golden Lion Pub (capacity 116 seats) offers food and beverages. This is a full-service English bar with live entertainment. The menu includes international beers, ciders, fish & chips, steaks, and pies. The pub has a small dance floor.

Casino (capacity 222 seats, size 6000 ft2 / 610 m2) has 88 slot machines, 7 gaming tables (Blackjack, Roulette), its own Casino Bar. Guests must be over 18. Smoking is not allowed.

Queens Room is the 2-decks-high formal dancing ballroom with a huge dance floor, Afternoon Tea white-glove service; cocktails, evening dance parties and daily dancing lessons (lower level 1 of 2).

Queens Arcade is a quiet observation area with panoramic windows, serving coffee and afternoon tea.

Cunardia is a nautically-themed museum.

Voyage Sales Office is a dedicated onboard sales facility where guests can discuss and book future Cunard voyages. It is particularly useful for passengers who decide during a cruise where they would like to travel next. Future-cruise bookings can be arranged with Cunard's voyage specialists, who can advise on itineraries, ships and accommodation.

Library is on 2 levels, with over 6000 books and certified librarians (lower level 1 of 2).

The Verandah Restaurant serves Lunch and Dinner only. This specialty restaurant is subject to a surcharge per person and is reservations-only. It features an intimate decor and luxury dining amenities (Waterford Crystal, Hipp cutlery, Gainsborough silverware, Wedgwood china). The restaurant offers a more intimate alternative to the main Britannia Restaurant. Its cuisine has an emphasis on contemporary European dishes, with high-quality meat, seafood and vegetarian options. On Queen Victoria, the venue also operates as Steakhouse at The Verandah, offering steaks, seafood and vegetarian dishes accompanied by a dedicated wine selection. This is a supplementary-charge restaurant, with reservations recommended.

Chart Room (capacity 77 seats) is a full-service bar with a large whisky and scotch selection, live piano and jazz music, nautical interior design (old maps, Cunard ship models, artifacts), and panoramic sea views.

Britannia Club Restaurant is an exclusive dining room for guests staying in Britannia Club Balcony staterooms. It is deliberately smaller and more intimate than the main Britannia Restaurant, with reserved tables throughout the voyage and Cunard's traditional White Star Service. Guests can dine there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner is available at any time between 6:30 and 9:00 p.m., with the same table reserved for the duration of the voyage. The menu combines the Britannia Restaurant offering with dishes created specifically for Britannia Club guests. The restaurant has an Art Deco-inspired interior, large windows with sea views, and white-gloved service. Dining is included in the Britannia Club fare, although certain premium dishes at dinner carry an additional charge.

Britannia Restaurant is the 2-level Dining Room (capacity 1351 seats) for open-seating breakfast and lunch, and 2 fixed dinner sittings (at 6 or 8:30 pm). It offers European cuisine, American favorites, British traditional meals, ports of call (itinerary-based), and seasonal/regional ingredient dishes.
