RV Viking Brahmaputra (built in 2027) is the first Viking River Cruises ship deployed in India, followed by Viking Ganges (2028). These large riverboats operate year-round voyages on the Brahmaputra River in India’s Assam state. Unlike many river vessels in India, Brahmaputra and Ganges are owned by Viking Holdings, the parent company of Viking Cruises.

All decks are interconnected via an elevator (lift) and a Grand Staircase located midship within the three-deck-high Atrium/Foyer.
