The list of other Burma river cruise ships also includes AmaPura. The ship is also one of the all four Viking Asia cruise ships – together with Viking Emerald and Viking Mekong. The Mandalay ship cruise itinerary “Memories of Mandalay” is on the Irrawaddy River (in Myanmar and Thailand). The itinerary duration is 16 days, with 14 guided land tours, and a total of 3 flight transfers- from and to Bangkok, and one from Yangon to Mandalay – all included in the Irrawaddy cruise fares.
Viking Mandalay cruise ship deck plan has a total of 30 staterooms for 60 passengers served by 30 crew/staff (all English-speaking), 2 passenger decks, no elevator(s). Each cruise stateroom has a window and a door opening to a shared (not a private) terrace. Both decks with cabins (Middle and Upper) have an "open-air balcony" space (wraparound promenade deck area).
