The sea trials of the new ship NB-517 (IMO: 9895252) Swan Hellenic’s SH Vega were successfully completed on May 20, 2022.

The crew of the sea trials was tired after the trip but satisfied after receiving the necessary tests as well as finding that the vessel’s performance had met the criteria set for it.

Extensive tests/adjustments were also carried out at the pier before the actual departure to sea.

Project manager Jonas Packalen said the tests had gone well and ~800 tests had been completed and closed during the tests.
