Resorts World Cruises' ship Genting Dream arrives in homeport Singapore

The flagship of the new travel brand "Resorts World Cruises" - Genting Dream, arrived at Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS) Sunday evening (May 29), in preparations for her first commercial sailing on June 15.

As the first resort cruise liner to be homeported in Singapore, Genting Dream will offer a personalized travel lifestyle experience, filled with international offerings.

Resorts World Cruises is due to deliver the ultimate adventure aboard Genting Dream, the first cruise ship of a scheduled fleet that is “Resorts Cruising on High Seas”, expanding the Resorts Brand from land experiences – 4 continents, 8 countries, 46 properties, 80 million visitors per year.

Genting Dream offers a total of 35 food and beverage facilities, comprising inclusive and specialty restaurants, bars, and certified Halal and vegetarian offerings. Guests can enjoy blockbuster movies and international performances at the Zodiac Theatre with an impressive capacity 999 seats; a theme park at sea with waterslides and swimming pools, zip lines, a wide sundeck, a rock-climbing wall, Virtual Reality and arcade games; bowling alleys, duty- free shopping, spas, and more attractions.

Vacationers can choose from various accommodation options including Interior Staterooms, Oceanview and Balcony Suites, as well as the world-class luxury accommodation, “The Palace” – a ship-within-a-ship private enclave with an exclusive restaurant, gym, spa, sundeck, and other facilities.

The 2016-built MS Genting Dream was the first vessel in the fleet of the Chinese premium brand Dream Cruises (Genting Hong Kong/GHK-owned subsidiary company launched in November 2015). One of the world's largest passenger liners, the 151300-GT-ton vessel debuted in November 2016.

Since May 2022, Genting Dream operates for the new Chinese brand Resorts World Cruises.
