RCI-Royal Caribbean to open second Royal Beach Club in Cozumel, Mexico

RCI-Royal Caribbean International is in the process of establishing its own private resort in Cozumel Mexico.

Scheduled to debut in 2026 along the island's western shoreline, this will mark RCI's second Royal Beach Club in the Caribbean. The exclusive enclave is designed to encompass beaches, swim-up bars, pools catering to families and relaxation, private cabanas, and a variety of recreational activities such as snorkeling and kayaking.

Additionally, visitors can expect amenities like a restaurant, bar, and lounge, along with a vibrant street market and engaging activities such as tequila tastings and cooking classes.

This development follows Royal Caribbean's forthcoming inauguration of the Royal Beach Club in 2025 at Paradise Island in Nassau Bahamas.

It's worth noting that the Royal Beach Club concept differs from the Perfect Day at CocoCay private destination in the Bahamas. While the beach club offers immersive experiences adjacent to public ports of call and entails an entrance fee, Perfect Day does not require an additional admission charge.
