ACL-American Cruise Lines unveils its captivating summer lineup of New England voyages, presenting the sole coastal itineraries in the region exclusively visiting U.S. ports of call.

Across these distinctive sailings, most travelers can forego their passports and embark on journeys along New England's picturesque coastlines, islands, historic ports, and seaside villages, mirroring the experience of the company's domestic river cruises.

The 2024 New England season by ACL boasts 6 small ships, including three novel Coastal Cats, navigating through a range of 8 to 15-day routes. This includes the introduction of the Yankee Seaports cruises, spanning from Boston, MA to New York City, as well as the Hudson River Summer Classic cruises, originating from and returning to New York City.

Distinguished by their steadfast commitment to remaining within the United States throughout the entire voyage, ACL's coastal itineraries in New England visit over twenty ports from May to September. Operating akin to river cruises, the small ships dock centrally at each destination along the itinerary, offering guests panoramic views from private balcony staterooms, indulgent lobsterbakes, and immersive guided onshore experiences.

These itineraries spotlight the historic charm of towns and villages that have long captivated maritime enthusiasts in New England. From Plymouth to Bar Harbor, Nantucket to Newport, guests unpack once and effortlessly explore renowned harbors, akin to cruising on a private yacht.

Moreover, ACL’s 2024 New England sailings offer a diverse range of journeys, including Grand New England, New England Explorer, Cape Codder, New England Islands, Maine Coast and Harbors, Downeast Maine, and the newly introduced Yankee Seaports cruises.

In addition to the New England offerings, ACL presents new 8-day Hudson River Summer Classic cruises, departing and concluding in New York City. Building upon the popularity of fall sailings on the Hudson River, the Line extends its offerings to June, enabling guests to discover the scenic beauty of the Hudson Valley.

Expanding its fleet and itinerary options, American Cruise Lines ensures a memorable experience for travelers, with onboard experts, historians, authors, and captivating evening entertainment enriching each voyage. Guests aboard the spacious small ships indulge in gourmet cuisine, daily libations, and deluxe amenities, with the option of a Four Seasons Pre-cruise Package for voyages originating from Boston.
