Four Seasons Yachts, in partnership with the parent company Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD (shipowner), has secured financing for the construction of its second ultra-luxury vessel.

The new ship, to be named Four Seasons II, will be built by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri at its Ancona yard.

The order is valued at over EUR 400 million (approximately US$450 million), with delivery scheduled for 2027 and inaugural sailings planned for 2028.

The first vessel in the fleet, Four Seasons I, is also under construction at Fincantieri Ancona and is expected to debut in January 2026. This ship will feature 95 residential-style suites, offering nearly 50% more living space per passenger compared to other brands' ships.

Four Seasons 2 is anticipated to continue the brand's commitment to delivering exceptional service and luxury at sea, further establishing Four Seasons Yachts in the high-end cruise market.
