Scenic Group has commenced pre-booking for its 2027 European river cruise season, marking the earliest release of itineraries in the company’s history. The newly available voyages include sailings along France’s Rhône and Seine, Portugal’s Douro, and the Rhine-Main-Danube (RMD) network, with departures beginning in February 2027.
Ken Muskat, President of Scenic Group USA/LATAM, noted an increasing preference among travelers to secure bookings well in advance, not only to guarantee preferred accommodations and competitive pricing but also to combine river and ocean voyages for extended luxury itineraries. He emphasized the growing popularity of this blended travel approach and expressed the company’s commitment to facilitating early planning with the release of the 2027 River Cruising Collection.
The newly opened itineraries range from eight-day Danube, Rhône, and Douro sailings to more extensive 15-day journeys along the Rhine and Moselle Rivers. This early booking window also provides travel advisors with priority access to group reservations, ensuring optimal availability for clients.
